- You will need to get your child admitted to a school or college.
- You will get an additional slip yourself with your class name and school/college name verified by the school head.
- Mother’s CNIC.
- Get a B-form copy of your child, if you don’t have that, apply at your nearest NADRA office.
- Keep note: Mother’s name is mandatory on your B-form.
- Download the BISP school verification slip and fill out the student’s details with his/her teacher.
Note: After completing this procedure, you will receive an SMS notification for registration confirmation.

Copy of the Mother’s/Guardian’s CNIC
- Provide a photocopy of your valid national identity card issued by NADRA
- Make sure the copy is clearly legible and displays the full name, ID card number, issue date, and expiry
- This will be used to verify your identity as an eligible BISP beneficiary
Child Registration Certificate (B-Form)
- Submit the original Form-B child registration certificate issued by NADRA for the eligible child.

School Admission Slip
- Provide the admission slip or documented proof the child has been admitted into a government or private school verified by the school.
